The vision: To ensure competitiveness through cost savings and acceleration of service in the robotic control of palletizing machines.
What we delivered:
Proof of Concept:
When there is a change in the size and weight of the units running through the filling machine, the robotic control of palletizing machines must be reprogrammed. Manually, this process can take up to a week, as many parameters need to be set correctly. A specialized technician is required for this work. In up to 20 percent of the runs, collisions occurred at this stage, damaging bottles and containers. By using AI, this time has been reduced to one to two hours, and potential damage has been minimized!
AI Technologies: For automation, we rely on proven motion-planning optimization algorithms from the fields of automation technology, robotics, and computer simulation.
