The company’s internal GenAI chatbot is now available to more than 200,000 employees worldwide and is used extensively. A Net Promoter Score of 47 confirms strong acceptance and tangible added value. The solution delivers significant time savings and measurably higher productivity across a wide range of use cases. More than 70% of respondents believe that the chatbot improves the quality of their work results. Thanks to the AI platform strategy, the solution can also be flexibly extended—for example, to support additional specialized AI use cases.
