Michael Frank is a Software Architect at QAware, specializing in the systematic assessment and evolution of complex software systems — from AS/400 brownfield environments to agentic AI delivery. As Technical Lead, team lead, and consultant, he works with insurers, industrial companies, and mid-sized enterprises wherever the key question is: “Can it be done?” Before joining QAware, he was co-founder and CTO of bankmark UG, a benchmarking company based on the Parallel Data Generation Framework (PDGF). Building on PDGF, he developed the TPC industry standards TPCx-BB and TPCx-DI; bankmark later followed with TPCx-AI. His current focus is on enabling clients and teams through AI data pipelines and AI harness engineering.
