QAware takes first place in the "Best Employers in ITC 2020" competition

25.3.2020 | QAware has once again been awarded top positions by the Great Place to Work® Institute Germany.

Based on the evaluation of the culture audit and in particular thanks to the excellent feedback from our team, we once again achieved excellent rankings in the highly competitive size category of 101 to 250 and 500 employees: In this year's industry ranking "Best Employers Information & Telecommunications (ITC)", we took the top position with 1st place, as well as in the state competition "Bavaria's Best Employers". In a nationwide comparison, we achieved a great 2nd place.

The 2020 survey revealed that 97% of participating colleagues confirmed that QAware is "a very good place to work" and 99% appreciated the friendly atmosphere. The work equipment provided and the integration during internal position/department changes were also rated particularly positively with 100 percent.

When asked about something extraordinary that makes QAware "stand out particularly positively as a workplace", our team mentioned, among other things, the appreciation of the individual and the pursuit of continuous improvement, in which employees' ideas and opinions are always welcome and taken into account accordingly.
