To evaluate the activities to date and set the course for the future, SHD management wanted an independent view of whether the goals of the internal modernization program had been achieved.
A structured and methodical review, which transparently reviews the results of the program. We showed which blockers weakened the success of the program, how SHD can resolve them and which quick wins can significantly improve the results achieved so far.
Thanks to our holistic approach, the findings went beyond the architecture. Among other things, the review revealed limiting factors in the process organization that were hindering the desired modernization of the architecture.
