Cloud Pioneers

We have been using Cloud Native since 2010. At the time, cloud still sounded exotic to many people. Since then, we have been giving companies a decisive advantage – with digital processes and products based on cloud-native technologies.

For us, the point is that while cloud-native technologies are exciting, at their core they are only the key to true agility. Because you only become truly agile if you get the entire runtime environment for the software out of the cloud socket, and a continuous integration pipeline is the plug that leads there.

In our projects, we ensure continuous delivery and bring software increments into production in short cycles. This takes agility in our projects to a new level.

Quality

At the latest when it comes to quality, you will get to know our proud craftsmanship. You can already see that in the quality contract that we agree with our customers at the beginning of our work.

To do this, we develop a KPI system with a focus on impact – depending on whether you care more about continuous improvement in the project, a commercial incentive system, our performance or the benefit and impact of your product.

Together, we validate the measurability, objectivity, standardization, and especially the data quality of the KPIs. Besides technical measurements for performance and stability, metrics include for example delivery promise compliance, skill index, turnover and fluctuation, satisfaction of ordering party, satisfaction of vendor and user satisfaction.

We use tools such as Sonar and our own tools to measure. The consistently outstanding results inspire our teams: quality is our essence, impact is our goal!

And we are constantly developing our quality standards, always with a focus on what generates real, sustainable value for you.

Authenticity

For us, trust is the basis of collaboration. That’s why we ask our customers about it. Not all of them, but as many as possible and as regularly as possible. From the high willingness to talk, from the open atmosphere in the interviews, and especially from the answers, we can see how trustworthy we work together – with some DAX companies for more than ten years.

Of course, we do not disclose the interviews. That would be untrustworthy. But we are happy to tell you our recommendation rate – by this, we mean the answer to the question of how likely our customers would recommend us to others. And it is stable at 9.5 on a scale of 1 to 10.
